Self-care and sustainability Workshop
online, 21. January 2023 (in German)
Dear Pia, WOW, Thank you from the 💕 for your powerful self-care seminar! You brought the group together in such a playful way that I could fully engage in the group process with you. You were very attentive to our individual needs, so that I felt very well taken care of and was also able to share very personal things, such as fears. You have a lot of lightness, eloquence and humour in your work, which made it very easy for me to open up and trust you, also online. At the same time, you are there for each of us with full heart and presence, and your wisdom, knowledge and intuition just bubble out of you. That's what makes a seminar so special and sustainable with you. Speaking of sustainability: Sustainability is a fundamental building block in your work, which touches me very much! You combine self-care for myself with care for Mother Earth, and remind us not to think of sustainability as just a word or a trend, but to live it and start with ourselves in a sustainable way. Very empowering!

Pia is a very authentic personality with a great gift for picking up each participant and to carry them along and to involve them in the the group dynamics. I liked very much the liveliness of the workshop and the involvement of each individual in this topic, which was created by Pia.

I think it is great that Pia passes on to others what she can obviously do and what she is so obviously passionate about. She had prepared many aspects and I liked that we were allowed to choose 3 topics. The whole idea, the set-up, was professional and varied. It was a good mix of music, lightness and fun, colourful and stimulating slides
and good questions to reflect on oneself. It was a challenge to open up to the unknown, but I felt comfortable overall and come out feeling I have learned something. I highly recommend this workshop! Thank you!!!

Dear Pia, your workshop yesterday was really great. We had already talked about the fact that there was too little time to speak about all the topics. Perhaps fewer topics would be more efficient. I can imagine that there was more need to talk about some topics. I became aware of how broad the topic of self-care can be and how many branches there are. For me, it was the first time to take part in a workshop and I am thrilled how warmly I was received.
At no time did I have the feeling that maybe I didn't belong. You just did it and did it well. That's exactly what I really liked.
So you see, I am thrilled and thank you from the bottom of my heart that I was allowed to be there 🙏🏻 Hope to see you soon and best regards from Berlin ☺️

Dear Pia, Thank so much for letting me a part of this. Nevertheless, I had to get over myself a bit because I don't like to be the centre of attention and talking in front of people I don't know is a bit difficult for me. As already mentioned, the seminar would be more helpful for me if you used a maximum of 3 topics. Then you can let the topics work better.
And another thing that occurs to me, I was new to Zoom, I didn't know exactly what I had to click on to return from the get-to-know chat to the main chat. I accidentally got out completely and logged back in again 😅. No one noticed 🥳. It might be helpful to explain this to newcomers.
Otherwise I like your way of communicating and getting things across. The other girls were super nice too.
Thanks again for this and have a good week.

Language Coaching
online & in person
English,1 to 1, in person
I have never been good at languages, and I have always shied away from speaking English. Gradually I started to avoid more and more situations where I had to use English, and in recent years it has become a real bogeyman for me. I feel like I'm losing every single word in English when I have to speak or write it myself.
The first time I met Pia, I was nervous, but after she told me about her own experience of learning a language, it seemed easier to take that first and scariest step, and start speaking English after many years of not speaking. Even the first time boosted my confidence and enthusiasm for speaking English, because Pia was encouraging and we started from a very basic level. Personally, I don't see acting as my thing, but Pia came up with the idea of using literature to help me. When the topics in the texts are important and interesting to you, it increases your motivation to learn and learn more, so that you can have a better conversation about a topic that interests you.
I also like to learn new words and expressions by trying to explain them with other examples. And of course by flapping and gesticulating when we run out of words. I also appreciate that I'm not easily let off the hook, although there have been times when I feel like I can't form a single word in English. Even if there's a time when I think I've done badly, Pia has always managed to pick up on something I've managed to do. I feel that Pia has managed to create a safe space for learning, where it is also okay to laugh and joke about the implications of mispronounced words..

Hi Pia, Thank you very much for the excellent and pleasant meetings where I was able to practice speaking English. The content of the meetings varied according to my particular situation, which made me very happy. It was also nice to see how flexible and creative you were during the sessions. You were very attentive to my mood during the exercises at the beginning of each session. I really appreciate you asking me about my wishes for the exercises. I learned a new way to learn English and have fun at the same time. Your attitude as a teacher was encouraging. It made me feel safe to speak English and make mistakes. After all, making mistakes is not dangerous at all, and you should just trust yourself. All in all, I am convinced that these lessons have been useful and will help me when speaking English with colleagues. I learned to say NO, as you promised, and "may I please finish my thoughts". I also learnt something important about myself, especially about behaviour that has harmful consequences. But now I have a new schema in my mind about how to take my place and how to respect my feelings and needs.

Thank you so much for the course so far, it's been a gentle start for us and I've loved it! I'm looking forward to the autumn and I think the private sessions will work well for that. Have a wonderful summer!
Best wishes,

For me, it was mainly about improving my English skills by using them.
These expectations were more than fulfilled. I was also very interested in your holistic concept, it's a pity that we left out a lot of it due to the downsizing of your offer.
But even with the short meditation at the beginning and the charades we played on the balcony, I can say that I like the idea, especially the atmosphere. Studying was fun and inspiring, even if I had to struggle. Also, I think the meditation was an important part of the sessions. And it was good that you stuck to it, even if it seemed to be asking too much of us.
It has become easier for me to speak English. Maybe words have returned to my vocabulary, but most of all I have gained the courage to use my English more freely. I have challenged myself to use Deepl as little as possible. This is very helpful. In conversation you have to decide very quickly which words to use and find another way to say what you want to say when you run out of words.
The homework made me think more about what I really want to say and how I want to say it. So I think the assignments have increased my vocabulary. The feedback I received was very helpful.
I hope you find a solid base of clients to work with and develop your concept.
I think you have found something out about teaching and coaching
that can be used for more than just language teaching.

We've found a way to help me.Expectations have been met quite well, confidence or at least self-confidence has improved. Conversation is the most important thing for me, meditation certainly helps me to concentrate, and you get a bit more self-confidence. Thank you.

Help with self-care, interviews and other situations
Self-care 1 to 1, online
I am and have been in a rather intense phase of upheaval in my life and am working a lot on my own person and my boundaries. The sessions with Pia help me a lot with this and on different levels. In the meditations, with Pia's help, I come to peace and to a reflection on the essentials. In the conversations I receive thoughtful, reflected, careful and emphatic help from her to help myself. Pia acts as a mirror in coaching, reflecting deeper than just the surface. I can only recommend one-to-one coaching with her.

Dear Pia, Thank you! The interview training session with you was very empowering, encouraging and resource-oriented. You are a very patient, empathic and funny coach with a lot of fantasy, intuition and talent to play authentically different roles. As a result I feel more self-confident and aware of my body posture, my voice and personal skills and strength. The next interview can come!

I had a session with Pia right before going into a job interview which I am usually very nervous about. I loved it!
Sometimes I am imprisoned by fear. Because of past trauma, this is not something I can rationally control and my reactions can be very strong. When I voiced my fear, I imagine at that point she had to let go of her concept for the session, and go with the flow. She developped a very strong visualization idea I could carry with me, even into the interview, and draw strength, self confidence and courage from.
It is very easy to open up to Pia. She is a very gentle, loving person, and funny, and light. I am impressed by her ability to work with what is right there, in the moment, and go on from there, drawing on ressources one brings and make them stronger and stronger. Working with her helped me a lot. I recommend her with all of my heart and all my therapy and coaching experience and I am grateful for the opportunity!”
